He is survived by: his mother Laurel Bailey (Brown); his wife Andress Bailey of Rogersville, MO; his son Gavin Bailey of California, MD; his stepmother Loretta Bailey (Kerry); and his siblings, Matthew Bailey of St. Charles, MO, Dustin West (Christy) of Monett and Nikole Wellbaum-Culbertson of Monett.
Memorial contributions have been requested to the Jacob Bailey Memorial Scholarship Fund, in care of the funeral home.
