He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Jr. Gaines and Fernetta Gaines (Himebaugh); and his wife Linda Lorene Thompson. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Dolores Thompson of Monett; and his cousins, Rick and Martha Himebaugh of Monett.
