He is survived by: his wife Debbie Thomlison; his daughters, Tammy Cutburth of Monett and Trisha Hughes (Cole) of Joplin, MO; his daughter-in-law Christy Cutburth of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Aaron, Ashley, Aleesa, David, Xander and Caleb; his great grandchild Wrenley; and his brother James Cutburth (Paula) of Hillsboro, OR.
