He is survived by: his wife Billie Walters; his children, Richard Walters of Tulsa, OK, Glenda Bowen (Michael) of Oklahoma City, OK and Angie Anderson (Luke) of Rolla, MO; his grandchildren, James Walters (Natalie), Madisyn Bowen, Connor Bowen, Becky Rhodes (Jake), Rylee Anderson and Chase Anderson; and his great grandchild Joy Walters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions have been suggested to Mt. Vernon Place Care Center.
