He was predeceased by: his parents, James Raymond "Unk" Kelley and Oleta Cora Kelley (Hammers); his wife Terri Lynn Douthitt; his sister Beverly "Sue" Svoboda; his brother-in-law Alex Svoboda; and his nephew Colt Kelley.
He is survived by: his son Jason Kelley (Simona) of Agoura Hills, CA; his brother Tony Kelley (Vicky) of Monett, MO; his grandchildren, Mateo, Terrianna, Graciella Kelley, Miller and Rushing Rountree; his sibling's children, Kimberly, Shelly Svoboda, Jody and Shawn Porter; and his stepdaughter Jennifer Rountree (Neil) of Republic, MO. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions have been suggested to New Site Baptist Church.
