He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Leia McFadden of Carthage, Scott McFadden of Carthage, Robbie Lee of St. Louis and Doug Lee (Samantha) of Springfield; his pets, Millie and Mac; his brothers-in-law, Rick Jester (Kathy), Ron Jester (Jennifer) and Mark Jester; and his close friends, Mark and Vicki Elliff. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, a host of friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions to The Shriners Children's Hospital in care of Knell Mortuary.
