She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Michael and JoAnn Gibson (Michael); her son Jeffrey Elbert; and her brothers, Steven Michael and R. P. Michael.
She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Michael Elbert of San Antonio, Texas, Patricia Wiseman (Brian) of Monett and Michelle Nack (Robert) of St. Louis, Missouri; and her stepfather Dick Gibson of Monett, Missouri. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Memorial donations in Toni's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
