He was predeceased by: his parents, Gomer George and Dolly Ellen Williams (Taylor); his wife Debbie Joann Songer; his grandson Kegan Williams; his brothers, Dana Smith and Vernon Finlaw; and his daughter-in-law Patricia Lynn Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Louis Williams, Jr. (Angie) of Palmyra, Robert Joseph Songer Williams and Laura Ellen Niehoff (Marty) of Hannibal, Missouri.; his sisters, Elvira Mae Foreman of Oglesby and Evelyn Bell Simpson of Bowling Green, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Tyler Niehoff (Melanie), Mackenzie, Brylee, Joseph, Fiance'e Elaynee, Aiden, Levi and Elena; and his great grandchildren, Kohen and Vivienne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kruger-Coan-Pape Funeral Home (10 E Williams St, Danville, IL 61832). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at the Sunset Cemetery.
