He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary Toland Mefford; his pets, Oscar and Mindy; and his siblings, Barbara Jean Bailey of Monroe City and James Francis Toland of Monroe, Georgia.. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and even great-great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Garner Funeral Home (315 N Vine St, Monroe City, MO 63456). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Garner Funeral Chapel, Monroe City, Missouri.
