He was predeceased by: his parents, William Randall and Alice Pearl Mudd (Collins); his daughter Dedra Beth; his siblings, Joe, Johnny, Bill Mudd, Kay Cleveland, Mary Jane Ludwig, Geneva Montford and Dorothy Parn; and his siblings-in-law, Emma Jo, Mary, Ceil, Cleve, Norb, Walter and Harold.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jo Spalding of Monroe City; his children, Dusty of Columbia, Paul (Tracey) of Monroe City and Tania (Eric) of Springfield, Missouri.; his grandchildren, AnnaLyssa Harmon of Tontitown, Arkansas, Anthony Mudd (Tia) of Fulton, Missouri, Alexander Holyfield (Jessica) of Nashville, Tennessee, Logan Mudd (Lindsay) of Columbia, Missouri, Elijah Holyfield (Ada-Miette) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Rachel Gore of Kansas City, Natalie Brooks (Nic) of St. Louis, Missouri, Daniel (Emma) of Springfield, Missouri, Collin and Ava Gore of Springfield, Missouri.; and his great grandchildren, Remington, Roman, Robert, Josephine and Bennett Rose. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
