He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee Hawkins and Flossie Janetta Cannon Hawkins; his siblings, Richard Hawkins, Charles Hawkins and Cathy Washington; his son Jamie Lee Walker; and his grandson Tommy Jones, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Tasha Walker (Lavar White) of Columbia, MO, Whitney Jones (Tommy) of Springfield, IL and Alice Hawkins (Bobby Mason) of Columbia, MO; his siblings, Torrell Hawkins (Angie) of Hannibal, MO, Anna Thomas (Ronald) of Bowling Green, MO, Tracy Andrews of New London, MO and Kim Pence of New London, MO; and his grandchildren, Amari, Za'Kiyah, Za'Miyah, Ny'Asia, La'Var, Jr., Robert, Jr., Malachi, Genesis, Bobby, Jr., Elexus, Xion, Temple, Jamie, Jr., Aliyah, Jaylon and Dominique. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the O'Donnell-Thurman Life Celebration Home (545 Stoddard St, Monroe City, MO 63456). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Stuart Carter Temple Church of God and Christ New London, Missouri.
