He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Geist and Voncille Carolyn Geist (Simmons); and his brother Scott Geist. He is survived by: his wife Christina G. Dinwiddie; his children, Cody Geist (Paige Holland) of Wentzville, Missouri. and Megan Geist of Hannibal, Missouri.; his sister Stacy Bailey (Kenny) of Monroe City; and his grandchildren, Amiya Mattox of Hannibal and Royce Geist of Wentzville, Missouri.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brother and sister in laws.
