She was predeceased by : her parents, Wanda Mae Peters Moutray and Russell Peters; and her husband Bill Porter. She is survived by : her children, Binky Ishmael (Tim) of Litchfield, Illinois., Travis Porter of Monroe City, Missouri. and Troy Porter of Monroe City, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Jason Ishmael (Brittney), Amber Ishmael (Adam Carter), Kristin Ishmael (Travis Blom) and Cody Porter (Hannah Whitley); her great grandchildren, Sophie Ishmael, Mac Ishmael, Preston Ishmael, Cooper Ishmael and Jackson Ishmael; and her sister Sharon Lawrence Spalding (Mike) of O'Fallon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials have been suggested to the Shriners or the American Cancer Society.
