L.) of Monroe City, MO, Tara Fortner (Larry) of Monroe City, MO and Kenny Shively of Monroe City, MO; his siblings, Rich Shively (Dorothy) of Monroe City, MO, Jody Shively (Debby) of Monroe City, MO, Lesa Frosch of Monroe City, MO, Carla Liby (Jerry) of Carl Junction, MO, Steve Shively (Lisa) of Monroe City, MO and John Shively (Sharon) of Hannibal, MO; his grandchildren, Mercedes Fortner (Cory Putnam), Johnathan Shuck, Olivia Purcell (Chandler), Lauren Uplinger (Camden), Riley Fortner, Matt Shively, Jevin Shively and Macy Shuck; and his great grandchild Eden Uplinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
