With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mary Ann Eikel of Montgomery City, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mary Ann left this world on September 27, 2025 at the age of 66, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Nance and Wanda Nance (Holt); her brother Larry Nance; her nephew Nathan Stonebarger; and her friend Carla Palmero.
She is survived by: her children, Terra Buril (Kellen) of St. Louis, Brandon Eikel of Wright City and Evan Forrest (Madison) of Concord; her grandchildren, Cali, Kennedy, Kalah, Gideon and Kai; her siblings, Kathy Block, Warren Holt, Ronnie Nance, Carol Strauss and Donna Kerr; and her family Angela Stonebarger (family: Barb Stonebarger, Jacob Cruzen). She is also survived by family, Barb Stonebarger and family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schlanker Funeral Home (207 Danville Rd, Montgomery City, MO 63361). The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Reach Community Church (100 Chamber Rd, Montgomery City, MO 63361).
The family requests that memorial donation be made payable to Schlanker Funeral Home to assist with Mary's funeral expenses.
