She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald L. Smith and Nancy Kay Smith (Edwards); her husband Leroy Neuzil; her siblings, David Smith and Dena Robinette; and her nephew Christopher Paul Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Rouse (Erin) of Oregon and Shannon Miget (Jay) of Bloomsdale, MO; her siblings, Daniel Smith (Mandy) of Eldon and Tina Hanlon (Steve) of Louisburg; and her grandchildren, Grace Rouse, Caleb Miget (Haley), Andrew Miget and Micah Miget.
