He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Matlock (Shy) of Keokuk, Jeffrey Matlock of Keokuk and Kayla Clark of Keokuk; his grandchildren, Ethan Matlock, Tait Matlock, Paisley Matlock, Rylee Matlock, Avery Matlock, Zander Matlock, Chloe Durham, Tucker Roberts, Andrew Clark, Vada Clark and Jared Wrieden; and his siblings, Kirk Matlock of Salem, Scott Matlock (Vicky) of Donnellson and Holli Johnson (Joe) of Montrose. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vigen Memorial (1328 Concert St, Keokuk, IA 52632). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
