She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fitzpatrick and Margaret Fitzpatrick; her husband Bill; and her siblings-in-law, Herman "Bud" Azinger, Tom Azinger, Dick Azinger, Tony Nogovan, Donna Tabbaa, Pat Azinger and Barb Azinger.

She is survived by: her children, Will Azinger (Ellen) of Estill Springs, Brian Azinger (Liz) of Ripon, Doug Azinger (Amy) of Prior Lake, Steve Azinger (Connie) of Earlham and Beth Azinger (Chris) of Spencer, Iowa; her grandchildren, Bryce, Brennan (Jacey), Tyler, Mikala (Michael), Kaitlynn, Emma, Therese and Lucy; her great grandchildren, Weston, Penelope and Jenevive; her siblings, Mike Fitzpatrick (Jill), Sharon Nogovan and Margie Walstead (Larry); and her siblings-in-law, Roy Azinger (Liz) and Mary Ann Azinger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
