Though Dorothy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dorothy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville McIntosh and Flora Mae Jenkins McIntosh; and her siblings, Larry McIntosh and Mary Lucille Sanford. She is survived by: her sisters, Jessie Tyra and Joann Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McMikle Funeral Home (403 N Kingshighway, Sikeston, MO 63801). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the New Morley Cemetery.
