He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lee and Sydna Arlene Marie Thornhill (Shafer); his daughter Bev Menne; his grandson Christopher Edward Menne; his son-in-law Frank Kadlec; and his siblings-in-law, John Moran Jr., Joe Christian, Catherine Comer and Judy Christian.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bobbi Kadlec and Barb Percy; his sister Bonnie Moran; his grandchildren, Misti Lindsey Brandon (Eric Knox), Lance Menne Brianna (Angie) and Julia Crouch (Lane); and his son-in-law Dennis Percy. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
