He is survived by: his wife Tammy Landis; his children, Angela Fritz (Joe Jacobs), John Nair (Gloria Nair) and Melissa Nair; his brother Richard Landis; his stepsiblings, Matt Bay and Cheri Nelson; his grandchildren, Jacob Tucker, Donnell Paine, Jordan Evans, Kia Paine, Danielle Paine, Haley Nair, Hannah Nair, Christian Nair, Bryce Nair, Hayden Metzger, Cole Bommarito, Bianca Sheets, Alyssa Stickman and Tristan Jacobs; his great grandchildren, Levi Tucker, Landon Callahan, Zoey Tucker, Darla Stickman and Malachi Evans; and his sibling's children, Austin Landis, Spencer Landis, Victoria Rus, Nate Frank and Jack Frank.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at 1745 Craig Rd, St. Louis, MO 63146.
