He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Nelson and Winnie Nelson (Bessie Joan Nelson); his daughter Debbie Killian; his siblings, Jewel Nelson and Kathleen Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Matthew and Lauren.
He is survived by: his daughter Betty J. Nelson of Moscow Mills, MO; his son-in-law David Killian of St. Peters, MO; his sister Jessie Watkins (Eugene) of Salem, MO; his grandchildren, Angela, David (Val) and Josh (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Liberty, Dominic, Destiny, Noah, Andrew, Emily, Rachel, Autumn and Lacy.
