She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Selma Smith; her siblings, Erma, Ruby, Mildred, Dorothy, Joe David, Eldon, Miriam, Wilma, Wayne, Herschel, Wiley, Raymond and Mary Lea; and her daughter-in-law Judi Scarbrough.
She is survived by: her husband Frankie Scarbrough; her children, Gary Scarbrough, Kay Sitherwood (Mark) and Marc Scarbrough (Dana); her sister Helen Derr; her grandchildren, Jason Scarbrough, Jodi Pecora (Mike), Kasey Miles (Korey), Jeremy Sitherwood (Stephani), Mitchell Scarbrough and Jamie Short (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Reese, Andrew, Abigail, Frankee, Ryder, Jaeger, Jonas, Landon and River. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
