For Joyce Ann is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Staley and Julia Staley; her husband Earnest Charles "Earnie" Bell; and her sister Barbara Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Julia Ann Bell (Celia Marie Grohmann) and Earnest Charles Staley Bell (Debra Meehan Bell); and her grandson Earnest Charles Bell III of Norman. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
