It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois I. Burge of Mound City, Missouri, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Seth T. Buckles and Gladys L. Buckles (Dozier); and her siblings, Freeman Buckles and Lena Elizabeth Buckles. She is survived by : her husband Albert "Ducky" Burge; her son Rusty Burge (Krista) of Mound City; her grandchildren, Garrett Burge (Nicole) and Morgan (David Luna); and her great grandchildren, Jayce and Kyah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the First Christian Church of Mound City or to the Mound City Golf Course.
