She is survived by: her daughter Gayleah Simpson of Mound City, KS; her granddaughters, Bethany Weber (Joe Hull) and Ariel Simpson; her great grandchildren, Sadé, Millman, Arianna Millman, Zoey Hull, Bentley Hull, Kai Hull and Rosely Hull; her siblings, Jim Capps and Sandra Kay Odom (Tom) of Derby, KS; her nephews, Andrew Cullum, Chris Cullum, Ethan Lewis and Isaac Lewis; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kalysta Costillo (Anthony), Alyssa Lewis, Vincent Lewis and Darius Lewis; and also Violet Ann Costillo.
