She is survived by: her brothers, Willard Phillips and Raymond Phillips; her children, Robert Briscoe (Ted) and Denise Rangel (Juan); her stepchildren, Dennis Brough (Pamela) and Jackie Hudgins (Allen); and her grandchildren, Jacob Gaynor (Sarah), Juan Rangel III, Robert Briscoe III, Joanna Fitzner (William), Catherine Briscoe (William Wiseman), Brett Briscoe, Daniel Brough, Kristin Brough and Natalie Roberts (Chad). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and neighbors.
