He was predeceased by: his parents, David Raymond Brouhard and Lucy Ann Brouhard (Holestine); and his siblings, Mary Ann Evans (Brouhard) and Jerry D. Brouhard. He is survived by: his spouse Sherree Brouhard (Heikes).
