He was predeceased by: his parents, Winnie Knisley (Singleton) and Clarence P. Knisley. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his daughters, Kathy Cox (Ken) and Karen Coker (Randy); his grandchildren, Rachel Walter (Johnny), Matthew Coker (Rochelle), Lauren Needles (Jeff), Ryan Cox (Kirsten) and Daniel Cox; and his great grandchildren, Arthur, Ira, Sophia, Olivia, Eleanor, Etta June, Otis, Eli and Kellan.

In honor of Ed's generous spirit, the family asks that donations be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 4400 Clayton Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110.
