He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Ray, Sr. and Betty Ruth Mason; his daughter Amy; and his sister Pamela. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Minniear; his children, Forrest, Katherine and Melissa; and his grandchildren, Moses, Isiah, Sophie, Nina and Finley.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Mount Moriah Cemetery South (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131).
