He is survived by: his wife Mary of Olathe, KS; his children, Sarah Dornbusch of Fairway, KS and David Shields (Nancy) of Leawood, KS; his grandchildren, Erin (Austin Hoegerl) of Overland Park, KS, Avery Shields of Overland Park, KS, Ryan Dornbusch of Fairway, KS and Lauren Dornbusch of Cedar Rapids, IA; and his sister Janet Henley of Mission, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
