He is survived by: his children, Josh Miller, Tim Sharp and Tiffany Ethridge; his grandchildren, Brylan, Ryker, Myles, Kendra, Josh Jr., Myannah, Danny, Mikah, Kenzlee, Isabella and Lilith; his nephews, Jeremiah, Jared, Adam and Jeff; and his niece Hannah. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
