He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Clayton Watkins Sr. and Rosalee Mae Watkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Anena Metoyer, Cheryl Hammond and Glenn Watkins; his aunts, Cynthia Slaughter Weatherspoon and Betty Wesley; and his nieces and nephews, David Metoyer, Lauren Metoyer, Taylor Hammond and Alina Hammond-Ralls.
