She was predeceased by: her husband Terry; her daughter Kristin; and her parents, Leona Scott and Harold Scott. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Adamson (John) and Daniel Winters (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Bailey Romero (Logan), Logan Winters and Landon Winters; and her great grandchild Asher Romero. She is also survived by the many friends, tennis partners.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Mount Moriah Cemetery South Officiated (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131).
