He is survived by: his wife Sharon King; his siblings, Cris (Debra), Russell (Tammy) and Linda Rogers Olathe (Steve); his sister-in-law Sheila Calkins (Steve); and his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Caleb, Colby, Jacob and Alaina. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
