He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Michael (Bonnie) and Andrew (Renate); his nephew Mark (Chris); and his grandchildren, Matt (Ellie), Hannah, Sarah (Trent), Rachel (Steven), Ashton and Sophie.
