She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hurst; her sons, Jeff and Jay Hurst; her daughters-in-law, Janessa and Kelly Hurst; her grandchild Jia Hurst; her sister Judy (Dennis Tunks); her nephew Tim (Lael); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Trevor, Ben and Ryan; and her pet Charlie.
