She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Evatt Kingsley of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; her grandchildren, Jaron Lester (Michelle) of Republic, Brock Lester of Mt. Vernon and Alicyn Kingsley of Mt. Vernon; her great grandchildren, Brantley, Tinsley and Elijah; and her siblings, Neva Owens (Frank) of Mt. Vernon, Missouri and John Washam of Grand Lake, Oklahoma..
