She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Forman and Iva Mae Forman (Warren); her son Doug Short; her great grandchild Mariah Short; and her sister Linda Clark.
She is survived by : her husband Junius Jackson (J. W.); her children, Jeanette Prewett of Mt. Vernon, Terry Short (Peggy) of Mt. Vernon and Randy Short (Suzanne) of Mt. Vernon; and her stepson David Jackson (Anita) of Springfield, Missouri. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
