With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Willis Fender of Mount Vernon, Missouri, born in Brighton, Missouri, who passed away on November 25, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley William and Leona Marie Fender (Armstrong); his sister Charlene Armstrong; and his daughter Paula Champion. He is survived by: his wife Joy Rhodes; his children, Paul Fender (Brenda) and Pam Smith (John); his son-in-law Jeff Champion (Mount Vernon Mo); his granddaughters, Stacey Ferrell (Bill), Kelly Fender, April Orr (Joey), Crystal Kuhnel (Erick) and Holly Royster (Dustin) of Mount Vernon; and his child Morrisville (Ash Grove). He is also survived by 4 great-grandsons and 5 great granddaughters.
