He is survived by: his wife Judy Ellison; and his children, Debby Stone of Mesa, Karen Carl of Chesapeake, Missouri, Dwight Rinker of Mt. Vernon, Richard McSwain (Jenny) of Excelsior Springs and Thomas McSwain (Anitta) of Mt. Vernon, Missouri. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
