She is survived by: her husband Vaughn Spivey; her daughter Kathy Myers; her grandchildren, Caleb Myers (Becca) and Kelby Myers (Cody Evans); her great grandchildren, Axel Joe and Lucille Faye Myers; and her brother Don Sulls. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
