With solemn reverence, we commemorate George Marshall Ramsey of Mount Vernon, Missouri, whose life came to an end on March 10, 2026 at the age of 79, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Elton and Gladys Ann Ramsey (Johnson); and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his sons, Terry Ramsey of Estero, Larry Ramsey of Lancaster and Marty Ramsey of Randolph, Mississippi; and his siblings, Ella May Daniels of Oxford, Mississippi, Lynda "Sis" Jackson (Bob) of Oxford, Mississippi, Peggy Haynie (Wayne) of Oxford, Mississippi and Dean Ramsey (Myrna) of Tucson, Arizona. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Where in Missouri after the loss of his wonderful wife Mary and a crippling bout with Covid, George was inducted into the East as Worthy Grand Patron.
