She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Clifford and Lillian "Itasha" Rutledge (Carter). She is survived by: her children, Clifford Loftis of Mt. Vernon, MO, Rex Loftis (Mary) of Mt. Vernon, MO, Marnita Neill (David) of Aurora, MO and Marion Walters (Rick) of Mt. Vernon, MO; her siblings, Jerry Rutledge (Delpha), John Rutledge (Becky), Jim Rutledge (Debbie Wheeler) and Juanita Roesslet (Larry); her husband George Loftis; and her pets, Charlie and Millie. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society--Breast Cancer Awareness in care of the funeral home.
