He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul and Lena Alberta Irwin (Foust); his wife Connie; and his siblings, Donnie Irwin and Charlene Shannon.
He is survived by: his children, Ross Irwin of Mt. Vernon, Dewayne Irwin (Angie) of Mt. Vernon and LeeAnn West (Cory); his brothers, Kay Irwin of Wheatland, California, Gerald Irwin of Mt. Vernon and Larry Irwin (Sandy) of Marshfield, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Michelle Irwin, Mellisa Vuong, Ty Irwin, Zack Irwin, Aaron West and Owen West. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
