It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James William Lewis of Mount Vernon, Missouri, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 84, on April 12, 2024. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Lewis and Mary Lewis (Keranen); his wife Margie Ingram; his daughter Vicki Lewis Gunter; and his grandson William "Billy Joe" Harris.

He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Lewis (Bill Petrus) of Springfield and Jami Lewis (Eric Corey) of Mt. Vernon, Missouri. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many cousins, friends, and neighbors.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jones Memorial Chapel (11110 Lawrence 1137, Mt Vernon, MO 65712).
