He was predeceased by : his parents, John Thomas Furgason and Janie Adelene Bacon; and his daughter Janie (Sunshine Weatherman). He is survived by : his wife Dea; his sons, Tom (Lisa) of Mt. Vernon and John Eric (J. J.) of Arkansas; and his sisters, Mary Lou Leslie (Richard) of Tucson, Roseanna Stewart of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. and Silvia Furgason of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma..
