She was predeceased by: her parents, William Perteet and Hazel Perteet (Higgins); and her siblings, Helen Denney, Eva Williams, William and Franklin Perteet.
She is survived by: her husband Sherman; her daughter Colleen Moyer of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; her sisters, Marilyn Calvin of Mt. Vernon and Pauline Demoree of Bakersfield, California; and her stepchildren, Robert Cline (Charlene) of Quartz Hill and Angelia Simon (Randy) of Creal Springs, Illinois..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (411 S Main St, Mt Vernon, MO 65712). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Salem Cemetery.
