He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Frazier and Lois Morrison Frazier; his wife Gloria Maxine Shipp Frazier; and his brother Mearle Frazier. He is survived by: his children, David Alan Frazier (Lisa) and Paula Jean Frazier of Springfield, MO; his grandchildren, Jessica Stillings (Cole Whittemore), Zachary Miner (Kelsey), Olivia Lamb (David Freitag), Garrett Lamb and Zoe Frazier; and his great grandchildren, Brynn Stillings, Ryker Cole, LillyAna Whittemore, Everly Miner, Maddy Whittemore, Autumn Whittemore and Cloey Whittemore.

In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Missouri Veteran's Home in Mt Vernon, MO 1600 S. Hickory St, Mt. Vernon, MO 65712.
