He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Rebekah; his parents, Edward Wolthuis and Terri Wolthuis; his children, AJ Wolthuis (Noel) of Huggins, Abe Wolthuis, James Wolthuis, Alannah Wolthuis and Thomas Wolthuis; and his siblings, Sam Wolthuis (Becky) of Mountain Grove, Jason Wolthuis (Deziree) of Mansfield, Missouri, Jon Wolthuis of Graff, Missouri and Maggie Wilson (Jeremy) of Palmer, Alaska. He was also cherished by family and friends.
